Our Synagogue
The Beth Jacob Synagogue / Pearl and Max B. Herman Jewish Community Centre is home to the Jewish community of Regina. This community has existed since 1905.
Beth Jacob owes its name to the fact that services were originally held at the residence of Jacob Schachter (literally “House of Jacob”).
Although we may be small in number, Beth Jacob remains a vibrant community. Our goal is to continue to be meaningful to Jews of the 21st century and leave a legacy for the generations to come.

HJCC
The Herman Jewish Community Centre of Regina is serving the Jewish as well as the greater Regina community by offering a variety of programs and classes, Israel and Jewish education, Musical services and other Jewish services.
Hebrew School
Our Hebrew School prides itself on a unique approach in educating Jewish values to the children. Your child will love the ideas and ideals they study each week through song, drama, and arts. We hope that by year’s end, along with the Aleph-Bet, Holiday learning, Jewish Values, and Hebrew literacy, your child will have developed a deep love and respect for our precious heritage. We encourage you, as a parent, to get involved, ask questions, and keep in touch with our school.
